I’m Darrell Zwanzig, and my happy place is planning the next meal worth traveling for—whether it’s right here close to home or halfway around the world. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to chase some unforgettable dining experiences and spend time with the people who make them happen. At the end of the day, I’m always looking for the same thing: food that feels real—built on authenticity, craftsmanship, and stories you remember long after the last bite.

For me, it’s never just about a great plate, it’s about the people behind it. I love meeting the chefs, artisans, and creators who pour their talent into every detail, and who are quietly shaping the dining scene one meal at a time.
