We will be pairing a wonderful 2018 Chianti Classico Riserva from Fior di Vino winery in Chianti, Italy with the lamb entree. For the dessert, we will be pairing a 2024 Terra Starkenburg Riesling Feinherb from Bergstrasser Winzer winery in Hessische Bergstrasse, Germany.
